SHIPPING POLICY

Botticelli currently ships orders from our store in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping

$8.00 for orders under $30.00
FREE for qualifying orders of $30.00 or more
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

$15.00
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The free-shipping threshold applies to the qualifying merchandise subtotal. Taxes, gift cards, and other nonqualifying charges do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding Sundays, Mondays, holidays, and announced store closures.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays, major sales, severe weather, or unusually busy periods.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Botticelli is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately at info@botticelliri.com if you notice an error in your shipping address.

We will make a reasonable effort to correct the address, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has entered processing or been transferred to the carrier.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking information will be emailed to the address supplied during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is issued.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check around the delivery area.
Ask other household members.
Check with neighbors or building management.
Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.
Contact Botticelli if you still need assistance.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us as soon as possible at info@botticelliri.com.

Claims involving visibly defective merchandise must be reported within three business days of delivery.

Please retain the merchandise, original packaging, shipping label, and any available photographs while we review the issue.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Carrier investigations and claim decisions may require additional time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available only when an eligible destination and shipping service are displayed during checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package, merchandise, and available carrier services.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or government fees unless checkout expressly states that those charges are prepaid.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Botticelli cannot control or guarantee customs-processing times.

RETURNS

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible merchandise unless the return results from an error by Botticelli or confirmed defective merchandise.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
