The team at Botticelli understands that FIT HAPPENS and aims for you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for whatever reason you are not happy or there is an issue with your order, we’ll work to resolve the issue the best we can. 

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands.  If you think that you’ve received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us team as soon as possible so we can remedy the issue right away. 

Please see our simple steps and procedures for returns below:

  • Merchandise may be returned for a Gift Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.  You may then apply this to your next order! 
  • Returns should be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All SALE items marked down 40% or more are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact. 
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your gift card code to be processed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  
  • A gift card notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.
  • Different orders can be sent together; please know each order will receive a separate gift card code.
